Mark Hodges worked with the company’s Founder to help drive 44 consecutive quarters of profitability and positive cash flow with a 16% net margin, no debt, and zero outside capital.  The company was employee-owned, and sold for all cash to the Gartner Group, which acquired G2 for its dominant market position and extremely high revenue per head ($490 K).
