Acresis team members worked closely with the CEO and Founder, Jim Madden, to grow this Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) start-up company from zero revenue in 1998 to $273M in revenue in 2001.  In a twelve-month period, Exult signed over $2.2B in HR Outsourcing contracts and grew from 2 employees in 1998 to 1,500 in 2001.  Exult’s market cap reached $2 billion and was eventually acquired by Hewitt in 2004 for $795M.
