DocVue is a SaaS company that offers a powerful suite of integrated Content Management tools for the Oil & Gas industry.  Acresis helped the Founder and DocVue’s executive team prepare for a sale of the company.  Over the course of the relationship, Acresis helped develop the Buyer List, Management Presentation and helped the founder and executive team evaluate Indications of Interest and Letters of Intent.  The founder and executive team was able to sell the company to WolfePak for +20% higher than the expected purchase price.
