Clear Software & Microsoft

Clear Software was founded in 2012 and provides iPaaS and business process solutions with very strong connectivity into SAP and Oracle environments.  When Founder & CEO Jon Gilman decided to scale his business, he engaged Acresis.  The Acresis team helped Jon maximize enterprise valuation for a future Exit, including introductions to alliance partners; building a sales team and providing board services.   When it was time to exit, Acresis ensured that Clear Software was prepared.  Microsoft acquired Clear Software in 2021.
