Agilify & BP3 Global

Agilify Automation was the commercial spin-out of the RPA unit within Ascension Health.  Acresis helped with the spin-out and commercialization of Agilify Automation including sourcing executive talent, facilitating alliances and building out a direct sales force.  When it came time to Exit, Acresis supported the executive team including bringing in interested buyers.  Agilify was acquired by BP3 Global in 2021.
