AcctTwo is a BPO and SaaS provider of finance & accounting solutions to middle-market companies.  Acresis helped AcctTwo with its capital strategy, board of directors development and the roll-out of equity-based compensation plans.  Acresis also helped select AcctTwo’s investment banker and provided deal assurance services through AcctTwo’s 2021 exit to Baker Tilly.
